Booking Requests

Forms and WhatsApp messages sent through this website are requests for information or availability. They are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when Merzouga Desert Nights confirms it to you personally in writing (by email or WhatsApp), with the date, the camp, the price and what is included.

Prices and Inclusions

Prices depend on the date, the camp, the tent type and the number of guests. The price and inclusions that apply to your booking are those stated in our written confirmation. Information on this website is provided in good faith and may change; where a detail is marked “Ask us”, it is confirmed individually.

Payment, Changes and Cancellation

Payment terms, and the conditions for changes and cancellations, are sent to you with your booking confirmation before you commit.

Activities

Camel trekking and other desert activities involve natural conditions such as heat, cold, wind and uneven terrain. Please tell us before booking about any health condition, pregnancy or mobility issue so we can suggest suitable options. Guides may adapt or cancel an activity for weather or safety reasons.
